- Same city CMBC Card(personal card) deposit, withdrawal, enquiry about account balance, changing password and intra-bank account transfer (transfer amount up to 100,000RMB a day, without limitations on the transfer times)；
- Enquiry about same city CMBC Card account balance and changing transaction passcode (Business Card);
- Same city CMBC Card(personal card) deposit, withdrawal, enquiry about account balance, changing passcode and intra-bank account transfer (transfer amount up to 100,000RMB a day, without limitations on the transfer times)；
- Enquire account balance and change transaction password for inter-city CMBC Card(corporate card)；
- Withdrawal and enquiry about account balance for inter-bank card which is the same city gold card;
- Withdrawal and enquiry about account balance for inter-city inter-bank card which is the nation-wide gold card.

| | II. How to use |

- Insert card into the “Card inserting Slot” with the card’s front side facing up and left side going ahead;
- Enter 6-digit passcode according to on-screen instructions and select corresponding functions to enter into relevant transaction.
Deposit：
- According to on-screen instructions, put cash vertically into “Cash Entry”. The screen shows the amount of cash accepted. The client can choose to either confirm the deposit or cancel the transaction. Unacceptable cash will be pushed back out of the “Cash Exit”; the same will happen transaction is cancelled;
- Please take back receipt from “Receipt Exit” and card from “Card Inserting Slot” after the transaction is confirmed;
- If the card inserted is not taken in 30 seconds, CRS literally “swallows” the card.
- No more than 400 cash notes will be deposited each time.
Withdrawal：
- Input the amount according to the instructions, After the transaction is accepted, please get the receipt at the “Receipt Exit Slot”, and take back card at the “Card inserting Slot” and extract cash at “Cash Exit Slot”;
- Please get card first, and then cash when withdrawing cash. If card that is sent is not taken within 30 seconds, CRS will literally “swallow” the card;
- Cash inserted will be swallowed by ATM if it is not taken within 30 seconds.
