For corporate customers transferring money online, CMBC calculate bonus points according to their customer types and transaction types.Thereafter, each customer will be ranked from one star to five stars based on its points accumulated since the beginning of 2006.Refer to the following table for details

Corporate customers can check their stars ranking and points accumulated on the homepage after logging onto CMBC internet bank. They can also access this information through bonus points management feature (exclusively for system administrator(s).)

Customers’ star ranking can be escalated. As the customers get more and more bonus points through online transactions, the ranking will be automatically promoted to the next higher level when the accumulated points top the threshold. Points calculations are carried out each night by the system. Customers can see their new ranking the next day after the points qualify for promotion.
