Born in 1957, Mr. Hong Qi is a managing director of the 5th session Board of Directors and President of the Bank.

Mr. Hong was previously a managing director of the 4th session Board of Directors and the Executive Vice President of the Bank, the chairman of the Trade Union, the general manager of the Beijing Administrative Department (Beijing Branch), and a director of the Business Department of the head office of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Hong was the managing director of the Beihai Branch of the Bank of Communications, a deputy director of the Securities Research Institute of the Renmin University of China, and an assistant research fellow and a section chief at the head office of the PBOC. Mr. Hong is a Ph.D in economics and a senior economist.

Born in 1963, Mr. Xing Benxiu is a Vice President and the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Bank.

Mr. Xing was previously the Director of the Human Resources Department of China Banking Regulatory Commission (“the CBRC”), the Director-General and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Liaoning Bureau of the CBRC, the Director-General and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Xiamen Bureau of the CBRC, and the leader of the Preparatory Team for Xiamen Bureau of the CBRC, and a division director of the Chinese Banking Supervision Division of the Banking Supervision Department I of the CBRC. He was a division director of the Chinese Banking Supervision Division of the Supervision Directorate I of the People’s Bank of China (“the PBC), a deputy division director of the Supervision Division I of the Supervision Directorate I of the PBC, a deputy division director of the Savings Division of the Interest Rate Administration Directorate, a principal staff member of the Interest Rate Administration Directorate, and a deputy principal staff member of the General Planning Directorate of the PBC. Mr. Xing is a MBA and a senior economist.

Born in 1959, Ms. Wu Touhong is the Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. Ms. Wu was previously the Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee and the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. She was the director of the Discipline & Inspection Office, deputy secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, the general manager of the Beijing Administrative Department (Beijing Branch), the director of the Executive Office, and a deputy general manager of the Human Resources Department of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, she was a deputy general manager of the Beijing Securities Department of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Trust & Investment Company, a deputy division director of the Education Department of the ICBC, a section chief of the ICBC, and a cadre at the Science and Education Bureau of the People’s Bank of China (PBOC). Ms. Wu holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and is an economist.

Born in 1957, Mr. Liang Yutang is a managing director of the 5th session Board of Directors and a Vice President of the Bank. Mr. Liang was previously a vice president, an assistant president of the Bank, the managing director of the Beijing Branch, and the general manager of the Financial Institutions Department and the Treasury & Planning Department of the Bank. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Liang was the general manager of Yutong Real Estate Development & Investment Company of the Zhengzhou Branch of Bank of Communications. He used to be a deputy division director of the Academic Secretariat of Henan Finance and Management College. Mr. Liang holds a master’s degree in economics and is a senior economist.

Born in 1957, Mr. Shao Ping is a Vice President of the Bank. Mr. Shao was previously an assistant president of the Bank. He was also the managing director of the Shanghai Branch, a general manager and a deputy general manager of the Credit Business Department, and a deputy director of the Credit Department of the Bank. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Shao was a deputy general manager of the Federation of Urban Credit Cooperatives of Weifang City, and the general manager of the Urban Credit Cooperative of Weicheng District, Weifang City, Shandong Province. Mr. Shao is a Ph.D in economics and a senior economist.

Born in 1956, Mr. Zhao Pinzhang is a Vice President and the Chairman of the Asset & Liability Management Committee of the Bank. Mr. Zhao was previously an assistant president, a supervisor, the Chief Credit Officer, the general manager of the Credit Assessment Department, a deputy general manager of the Risk Management Department of the Bank, and the deputy managing director of the Beijing Branch of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, he was the general manager of Liaoyuan Branch of China Pacific Insurance Co., Ltd, a deputy managing director of Liaoyuan Branch of Bank of Communications, and a section chief of the Liaoyuan Center Sub-branch of China Construction Bank. Mr. Zhao is a MBA and a senior economist.

Born in 1972. Mr. Mao Xiaofeng is a Vice President and Board Secretary of the Bank. Mr. Mao has been the Board Secretary, and was previously the deputy director of the Executive Office of the Bank. Before joining the Bank, he was the assistant director of the Industry Development Center of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League, a division director, deputy division director and section chief of the General Office of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League. He used to be the assistant mayor of Zhijiang County of Huaihua City, Hunan Province, and the executive chairman of All-China Students’ Federation. Mr. Mao is a Ph.D in management and a M.P.A from Kennedy School of Harvard University.

Born in 1957, Mr. Duan Qingshang is the Chief Financial Officer, the general manager of the Human Resources Department. Mr. Duan was previously the managing director of Taiyuan Branch, the deputy managing director and the managing director of Taiyuan Sub-branch of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Duan was the deputy division director and the division director of the Audit Division of Taiyuan Branch of the PBOC. Mr. Duan is a MBA and a certified auditor.
