Before joining the Bank in July 2006, Mr. Wang was the managing director of Dragon Crowd Enterprise (China) Limited and the Regional President West Coast USA and Executive Vice President Asian Market of HSBC USA & Canada between 2002 and 2004, and was Assistant General Manager of HSBC Hong Kong & Shanghai and the CEO of HSBC China from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Wang was a corporate banking senior manager from 1992 to 1994 in HSBC Hong Kong and a senior manager for branches in HSBC Hong Kong from 1990 to 1992. Between 1987 and 1990, He was a private banking manager at HSBC and the Chief Representative of Wardley Canada Inc. a subsidiary of HSBC group in Vancouver. From 1985 to 1987, he was a district manager for New Territories, HSBC Hong Kong. Born in 1949, Mr. Wang obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. |

Mr. Hong Qi was born in 1957 in Anhui Province, China. He is an executive Director and the Executive Vice President of our Company. Mr.Hong has been a vice president since 2000 and an executive director of our Company since January 2004. Mr. Hong was the general manager of our Beijing Administrative Department (Beijing Branch), and a director of the Business Department of the head office of our Company. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Hong was the managing director of the Beihai Branch of the Bank of Communications, a deputy director of the Securities Research Institute of the Renmin University of China, and a section chief at the headquarters of the PBOC. Mr. Hong has over 14 years of experience in banking management. Mr. Hong obtained a Phd degree in economics from Renmin University of China in 1996 and is a senior economist. |

Ms. Wu Touhong Chief Financial Officer

Born in 1959, Ms. Wu is the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Ms. Wu joined the Bank as a deputy general manager of the Human Resources Department at the establishment of the Bank and became the CFO in October 2003. Ms. Wu is also the secretary of the Discipline Committee of the Bank. Ms. Wu was previously the head of the Disciplinary and Monitoring Department of the Bank, the director of the Propaganda Department, the director of the Executive Office, general manager of the Beijing Administrative Department (Beijing Branch), and the deputy general manager of the Human Resources Department. Prior to joining the Bank, she was a deputy general manager of the Beijing Securities Department of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Trust & Investment Company, a staff and deputy director of the Education Department of the ICBC and a cadre at the Science and Education Bureau of the PBOC. Ms. Wu graduated from Hunan Colleague of Finance and Economics in 1981 and is an economist. |

Mr. Liang Yutang Vice President

Born in 1957, Mr. Liang is a Vice President of the Bank. Mr. Liang joined the Bank in 1995 as a deputy general manager, and was the general manager of the Funds Planning Department and the general manager of the Financial Institutions Department of headquarters. Mr. Liang is also the managing director of the Beijing Branch of the Bank since March 2002 and an assistant president since January 2003. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Liang was the manager of the Integrated Planning Department of the Bank of Communications, and the general manager of the Real Estate Development Company of the Bank of Communications, Zhengzhou Branch. Mr. Liang was also the Deputy Head of the Academic Secretariat of Henan Finance and Management College. Mr. Liang has over 16 years of experience in finance. Mr. Liang obtained a master’s degree in banking and finance from Xiamen University in 1993, and is a senior economist. |

Mr. Shao Ping Vice President

Mr. Shao Ping, born in 1957, is a Vice President of the Bank. Mr. Shao joined the Bank in 1995, and served as the deputy general manager and general manager of the Corporate Banking Department and the Credit Assessment Department. He is the managing director of the Shanghai branch and an assistant to the President. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Shao was the deputy general manager of the Federation of Urban Credit Cooperatives of Weifang City, and the deputy general manager of the Urban Credit Cooperative of Weicheng District, Weifang City, Shandong Province. Mr. Shao obtained a master's degree in international finance from Fudan University in Shanghai in 1998, and is a senior economist. |

Mr. Zhao Pinzhang Assistant President

Mr. Zhao Pinzhang, born in 1956, is the Assistant President of the Bank. Mr. Zhao joined the Bank in 1996 and has been a supervisor since June 2003. He is the Chief Credit Officer and the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, and the general manager of the Credit Assessment Department of the Bank. Mr. Zhao was the deputy general manager of the Beijing Administrative Department, managing director of Shijiazhuang sub-branch of the Bank. He was a section chief of the LIaoyuan Center sub-branch of China Construction Bank, a deputy managing director of Liaoyuan branch of the Bank of Communications. He was also a general manager of Liaoyuan branch of the China Pacific Insurance Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhao graduated from Changchun University of Science and Technology and Changchun Taxation College in 1987 and 1992, respectively, and is a senior economist. |

Headquarter office. His present titles are the Vice President, P.R.C Commissioner and Directorate Secretary with China Mingsheng Banking Corp Ltd. |
